Keeps installing MS Graph

We installed Office 2007 on my machine to try it, but removed it and put
Office 2003 back on due to some incompatibility issues. Now every time a
graph appears on a form, Windows Installer starts and installs MS Graph for
each graph (takes about 30 secs) before the graph displays...two graphs on
the form, it installs twice, once for each graph; different form, installs
again; different db, installs again; performed office check and rebooted,
still installs... ideas?

I'm having the same issue with access reports using graphs. Also new with
Office 2007. Looking at event logs and find 'GetUserDefaultLCID failed,
restorting to system verion'. Did you find out how to fix this. I really
don't want to go back to 2003.
