have a user that has a profile setup in Outlook 2003. When launching
Outlook, it prompts to change the password, stating it is no longer valid and
needs to be changed. User changes password and all is good.....until they
close out and relaunch outlook again. It then says the same thing. It never
actually keeps the password credentials. Their account in active directory
is never locked out and I have reset the password on the AD account, but it
still states it needs changed. Is there somewhere it needs to be cleared
out? It is an exchange account setup in their profile and the other profile
on the machine is not having the same issue. I have already deleted the
profile of the user, rebooted the computer and added it back in. Any ideas??
Thanks!
