Keeps Rebuilding Cache

Just formatted my laptop and reinstalled Visio 2002 Pro.

Every time I start Visio, it rebuilds it's cache - which takes forever.

How can I stop this?

I have uninstalled and reinstalled.

Also on same system is Office 2003 Pro - which is working fine.
