keeps resending the same e-mails to my in box

Please send answer to (e-mail address removed)

I installed Microsoft 2003 this morning. Since then I cannot receive my
newest e-mail, however when I click on send and received I get 10110 each
mails, the same ones over and over. I do not get any past the time of the
isntall. Do you have any suggestions?
