kernel32.dll error

Running Windows 98SE and Office 2000 SR-1, upon closing
Outlook, an illegal operation dilaogue box appears.

OUTLOOK caused an invalid page fault in module
KERNEL32.DLL at 0177:bff9db61.

Outlook can be restarted, but the dialogue box will not
close. The only way to get rid of it is to restart.

Any ideas?
