KERNEL32DLL Error!!!!!!!!!!!!

Message comes up in error box stating "Winword has caused
an error in KERNEL32DLL Winword will now close" If you
continue to experience probllems try restarting you
computer!!! there is also a close option but when close
is hit it keeps on reapearing. Only happens when coming
out of Word (windows 98 Millenium edition) please help
its driving me mad!!!!!!!!!
