Key Code Problems

I have entered the Key code for my Office Home and Student and the system
keeps saying the key is wrong, but it is what I bought my product in, brand
new, in a wrapped box from Best Buy. Please Help.

1. If there is a trial version on your system, uninstall it.

2. Use good light. Bs and 8s look like as do other characters.

Office Packaging

A retail Office 2007 Home and Student should come in a tape sealed plastice
case not a wrapped box. The 25 character Product Key is on a orange label on
the back of the fliip out section of the case. If your purchase does not
match, I would check with Best Buy on what exactly they sold you. If you
purchased your Office when you purchased a computer from Best Buy, they may
have provided you with a lower cost OEM version. If so, you should check
with Best Buy on the location of the Product Key.
