Key functions

We have had this happen a few times in the office. We will be typing in Word
or Outlook or even Excel and a few of the keys will take on a new function
automatically such as the ? will become e with a french accent on it. Any
idea why this happens and how to get rid of it?

Sounds like you are switching languages in the operating system. The
"default" key combo is LeftAlt+Shift, but since you can change it, it
can be something else. Please look in Windows, Control Panel, Regional
and Language Options, Languages, Details and review the settings.
