Deal all,
I've recently had a problem with a colleague whose copy of Word XP, running
on Windows XP SP2 has remapped certain keys as follows:
< to G
The inverse is not true; G still works as normal, for example. We've got
around the issue by assigning some shortcuts, but would be quite interested
in working out why the problem has occurred in the first place.
The issue only occurs in Word, no other programs, and there don't seem to
have been any changes in the PC's language settings. Detect and repair
hasn't done any good, though we haven't tried a full reinstall.
I was wondering if anyone had come across a similar problem before, or had
any theories as to the root cause of the issue. Thanks for your help.
Regards,
Ben
