key stroke - auto send email message.

I have a request to create a message preconfigured to send to an individual
with a key stroke.
The scenario is as follows:
Person A is sitting at a retail desk that address customers complaints etc..
Person A would like the option to be able hit a key that would auto send an
email to a supervisor in the case of urgency. They would ideally like a
single keystroke for this process so as not to notify the customer that he or
she is notifying anyone.
If anyone has any idea how to get started on this one, we would appreciate
hearing from you.

If it is an urgent situation, why would you be using e-mail. E-mail is NOT
an immediate communication venue. You said it was urgent. If e-mail is
involved, it can't be urgent. So why not use an instant messenger (IM)
client to find out if the other party is immediately accessible? The phone
still works, too. If you don't get an immediate response via IM or phone,
you'll have to go to someone else. If you send e-mail, the lack of an
immediate response doesn't tell you if the person is available or not.

Instead of having to explain why this is req'd I'd prefer to wait for a
response as to how to do this. Thanks anyway VanguardLH.
