Keyboard Assignments

Is there any way to assign a Function key or Keyboard strokes so you can
press a certain keystroke to have my email address appear in a document in
any Office 2003 application.
Thanks for your help.

No there is no "global assignment" within office to do that. You may
wish to investigate 3rd party software or programing solutions.

I suggest you may want to take a look at ASUTYPE. WWW.ASUTYPE.COM. It is
a commercial program but it does do what you want and a great deal more.

I have found that is it ALMOST Vista compatible, and they are working on
the remaining issues. Even with that I find I use it all the time and I only
really notice, is when it is not loaded for some reasons and then I am
almost lost.
