Keyboard commands (i.e. Control-E) should have consistent functions across
all MS-Office products. For example, in Word, Control-E centers the text; in
Excel, Control-E doens't do anything; and in Visio, the command to center
text is Control-Shift-C.
Keyboard shortcuts should be the same across all applications (i.e. CTRL+E =
Center Text in Word, Excel, Vision, et al.).
