I'm working on moving away from Eudora to Entourage; Eudora doesn't seem to be playing nice with Leopard.
Mac Mail is a little clunky for me.
Two things I can't figure out how to do in Entourage 2004:
I prefer to read mail in an "open message" view.
So in the open message, I know I can move up or down with the command and bracket keys. But I *really* want to be able to do a "delete and go to next message" within the message window *with* a keyboard shortcut!
Is there a hidden combination for this? If not will Entourage let me create one?
Similarly, I want to be able to do an "Apply all rules" on a message (usually need this when I've just created a new rule and Entourage doesn't seem to automatically apply it on the current message like Mail does). Since I have a lot of rules, It's hard to navigate all the way up the popup menu to the top (where "apply all" lives), and usually the trackpad veers off into a different menu, frustrating.
I want to have a keyboard command for "apply all rules." Where is that?
