keyboard - foreign language

I use a swiss keyboard. i recently updated my office ( NOT windows!!) and
suddenly in WORD my keyboard gives a y when i press z and vice versa.

i looked into thekeyboard definition and it shows only standard setup.
Before I had it defined, could toggle between swiss and english, etc.

what do i do.
