Keyboard is lock

My keyboard is lock and I don't know how to unlock it.

If you look at the right hand side of the keyboard, there
are three light, one for num lock, the other is caps locks
and the third light is the one is I don't know how to turn
off.

Please advice.

The third light is most likely the "Scroll Lock" indicator. You can turn
this off by pressing the Scroll Lock key, typically located above the Home
key.
