Keyboard Language

After installing Project 2002, my keyboard has been
slightly reconfigured (particularly quotes and
apostrophes) and does not respond appropriately in other
Office programs. Language is now set as English (United
States) (or alternatively as United States
[International], they both appear). Prior to Project
2002, it appeared as English (US), which is no longer an
option.

Ideas?

This is a operating system issue, not Project. Change the language for
the keyboard you are using. The OS thinks you have, say a UK keyboard,
but in fact you have a US Keyboard. Or visa versa, or different
countries/langauge. In Windows XP, this setting is in Control Panel,
Regional and Language Options, Tab: Languages, Tab: Details.
