Environment ---- Outlook | Office 365 | Firefox Browser | Windows 10
Problem ---- during random periods, emails drafted under Outlook will a) miss various typed letters, almost like a keyboard malfunction or b) suddenly jump to a *new* message, discarding the previous one into which I'd been typing, into the Outlook Draft folder.
It is ONLY Outlook having this problem. Other applications, like locally-run (desktop-installed) versions of Word, Excel, etc. do NOT have these issues.
I have a strong firewall and anti-virus software running so although this activity feels virus-like, I do not believe my computer is infected.
Thanks for any ideas.
