Keyboard problems

I appear to be having keyboard problems whenever i use Microsoft word. I have
had to diasable word as my email editor. It isn't the keyboard as i bought a
new one and the problem still exists. The main problem is that i tap the keys
and they work intermittently

Thanks for the suggestion. In the end i went to system restore and that did
the trick. I must have picked a bug from somewhere but it seems fine now
