Keyboard Shortcut Causes Outlook to Crash

Suddenly, the keyboard shortcut Ctrl + period (open next email when an
existing email is open) causes Outlook to crash.

I've done a detect-and-repair. Same problem still exists.

IDEAS on a solution?

Not without knowing the version of Outlook, the error you get in full and
what's being logged to the Event Viewer regarding this.
