Keyboard shortcut for Inbox in Outlook 2003

The shortcut suddenly stopped working. All other keyboard shortcuts work,
including other Control-Shift combinations. I can also get to the inbox with
Alt+G, I, but I'm really curious to see if anyone encountered the same
Ctrl+Shift+I problem and whether they were able to fix it.
