keyboard shortcut for outline

Hello,

1. I want to assign a single keyboard shortcut for changing the level
of subtask instead of project->outline->indent. How can I do this?

2. I want to change the level of tasks: suppose I have task A and set
task B to be a subtask of A. Now I want to set B to have the same level
with A. How can I do this?

There is already a default keyboart shortcut assigned
alt+shift+right arrow for indent
alt+shift+laft arrow for oudent

there also buttons on indent and oudent available on the formatting toolbar
as well.

select task b and click on outdent button

You already have this feature as a button on the formatting toolbar.
Alternatively Alt+Shift+Left and Alt+Shift+Right do it.
