Keyboard shortcut not working on my machine (but it does on others

I create many macro with many different shortcuts. They all seem perfect on
computer_1

However, the keyboard-shortcuts do not work on computer_2 at all.


Does it have something to do with the settings ?

Could be, but it could also have a lot to do with which version of Office
you're using - which you neglected to mention. From the scant description it
isn't even clear that you're using Macs. How about filling in the holes so
someone has something to work with:)
