Hello Everyone....hope someone may be able to help.
Currently, I use Word shortcuts to adjust line spacing in
my documents. These include:
CTRL+1
Single-space lines
CTRL+2
Double-space lines
CTRL+5
Set 1.5-line spacing
CTRL+0 (zero)
Add or remove one line space preceding a paragraph
Align paragraphs
However, I edit many pre-existing documents where the
individual has set a 6 point "before spacing" or "after
spacing" for each line.
When this happens, I have to go into FORMAT and
PARAGRAPH, and manually adjust SPACING BEFORE / AFTER to
Zero.
I have searched for a way to reset this spacing to zero
using keyboard shorts, and could not locate any.
Does anyone know how to do this with a keyboard
shortcut? Or...is there a way that I can remove all
formatting, and start from scratch (by the way, CONTROL,
SHIFT, Z does not change LINE SPACING BEFORE/AFTER either.
Any help you can provide is greatly appreciated.
Thank-you
