Keyboard Shortcut to change between windows doesn't work anymore

Hi

Since a few days the system wide keyboard shortcut to switch between
the open windows of an app doesn't work anymore. It still works in all
other apps except excel.

Excel's own shortcut for that purpose still works, but I want to use
the same as in all other apps, the one defined in system preferences.

Mac OS X 10.4.2, Excel 2004 11.1.1
