Keyboard Shortcut Worksheet Swap??

Is there a keyboard shortcut for swapping between worksheets within the
same workbook? I have a co-worker that is used to using the Windows
shortcut for swapping between open windows and he would like to know if
a shortcut is available for worksheet swapping.
