Keyboard shortcuts don't work with Outlook view control

Hello,

Question regarding using the outlook view control in a HTML file. The
following seems to work fine to see my mailbox in internet explorer.
But noticed that all the keyboard shortcuts like ctrl-R to reply and
ctrl-Q to mark mail as read don't work from here. Does anybody know
if there a way to enable this ?
