Keyboard Shortcuts for Next or Previous Slides?

Are there keyboard shortcuts for moving to next or previous slides in
Slide Sorter or Normal views?

I want to use repeated key punches (arrow keys?) to step rapidly through
a long presentation, pausing at certain slides to perform some action
from the Common Actions palette.

However, this seems to be available only in Slide Show mode -- and then
the Common Actions palette can't be seen.

PageUp, PageDown works, but in Normal view, focus has to be on the Slide
pane for it to work the way you'd expect it to. If focus is on the Outline
view, PgUp/PgDown takes you a page this way or that in the outline, which
might be lots more slides than one or two.

Thanks, I didn't think of those keys -- I should learn to use them more.

I also discovered by T&E that if you Collapse all the outline text in
Normal view and keep the focus in the outline column or pane, up and
down arrows will also move you by one slide.
