Keyboard Shortcuts for Visually Impaired Users

Please can someone point me in the direction of a list of keyboard shortcuts
that would benefit visually impaired users? One of our SysAdmins is blind and
regularly asks for my help on how to carry out tasks in Office (especially
Outlook).

the latest query relates to Outlook. He has been sent an email which has a
business card attached. How can he save this business card to his contacts
folder using only the keyboard?

Any help would be much appreciated.

Hi Carl,

What version of Office are you using? Things have changed to include more support in Office 2007. MS's basic site for that
information is http://microsoft.com/enable but 2007 hasn't been added there. In Outlook or Word help search on 'Accessibility'

Thanks for the link. Sorry I should have given the office version - 2003
(although I would also be interested in the answer for 2007).
