Keyboard shortcuts gone wild!

Apparently, I have hit some key combination on my Dell laptop that has
affected the keyboard shortcuts for only Word or Outlook (I use Word as email
editor). I checked and I don't have sticky keys turned on.

Examples of what happens: I will use my SHIFT + HOME key to highlight a
whole line but when I hit the DEL key it will ask Delete Block? Yes (No).
Another example is when I depress CTRL + Home to take me to the beginning of
a document the Find/Replace dialog box pops up.

It is driving me crazy as I am a keyboard shortcut nerd! Please help!

I gather you weren't a keyboard shortcut nerd back in the days of WP for
DOS? ;-)

You have keyboard navigation for WP enabled. In Word, go to
Tools/Options/General and turn off both of the WP options, Navigation and
Help.
