I have a wierd problem...I am using Microsoft Outlook 2002 (10.6515.6715)
SP3. When I attempt to access Outlook options using keyboard shortcuts, some
of the shortcuts do not work. For example:
ALT + T, and then ALT + A should open Tools and then Email Accounts when
used. What happen is, it opens Tools without any issues but on the second
command ALT + A, all it does is select the "Email Accounts" option and does
not open it all the way. We are being forced to press Enter after ALT + A.
We use a script that uses these specific shortcuts to setup email accounts
for the users. The command works on some machines but not on others.
Any ideas?
Thanks
