keyboard shortcuts

I am looking for a specific keyboard shortcut. I cannot find this one
anywhere. In Microsoft Word I would like a keyboard shortcut to get me to
the ***format bar*** the bar where you can arrow through bold, highlight,
font, etc. I can get to the menu bar of edit, etc. but not to the format bar
below the edit menu bar. Any suggestions?

I know there are other ways to get to the format bar by a keyboard shortcut
such as individual strokes for bold, underline, etc.; however, I am
interested in actually getting to the menu bar.
