Keyboard shotcuts for buttons on forms

1) Is it possible to set a keyboard shortcut to run the
command that a button contains?

2) Is there any way to check whether the keyboard shortcut
i want to use is being currently used by something else
(apart from just trying to run the keyboard shortcut to
see what happens?)

what i do is say the name of a button is admin.
change the name to &admin save the form and open in form
view it will change to admin (the a undelined)
if you want it to be d just change to a&dmin
