keyboard uses of ON

(I use ON 2003)
I always find it useful to move finger on the keyboard to
make ON do something for me, instead of using the mouse for the same
purpose.

FOR INSTANCE,
a very useful key combination I discovered just my chance is the following:
suppose you a shoppinp list of ten lines and you wanna move one of the lines
up several levels.
What do you do? You choose that line with your mouse (either with the marker
that appear on the left or
simply you highlight the whole line)
and then use the arrow key buttons on the bar to move it upwards.

Why not to do it on keyboard? Afterall moving my hand to the mouse while I
am writing is not conveninet.
Ok, then just take the cursor the concerning line and press ALT+SHIFT.
Hold the two and use the up and down keyboard keys to move it.
I find this very useful.

NOW,
I discivered this just by chance, and I would like to be aware of all such
key combinations.
No is there a document which lists all these key combinations?
Otherwise I really not making good use out of ON, a program that I work on
10 hours a day, 6 days a week.
So any help would be greatly appreciated!!!
