Keystroke question

Hello:

Command-F brings up "Find" in Excel for Mac. The "Find Next" button is
highlighted. Is there a keystroke that one can invoke to highlight the
"Close" button? I find it quite inconvenient to have to grab the mouse to
push the "Close" button.

Thanks!

If you mean the Close button in the find next dialog, try ESC.

You can use the standard Mac CMD-. or the Esc key to close the dialog.

Just to expand on the other replies, you can use the Tab key to shift
the focus from one element of a dialog box to another & press enter
when you get there.

Well, not really. On the Mac, pressing TAB only moves between data entry
fields. It will not set the focus on a button.

By Golly, Bob, you're right... Forgot what side of the fence I was on at the
time.

Please disregard earlier post.
