keystrokes for moving between columns?

I am trying to find keystrokes to move cursor from the right column back
tothe left column in a two column document.

jhnnyg,
First of all are you talking about Microsoft Project, a planning and
scheduling application? If so then try recording a macro of you doing
the operation. If not, then you have posted to the wrong newsgroup. Try
a newsgroup more appropriate to the application you are using.
