Keyword Content Control in Word 2007 document

I am puzzled at what a Keyword content control does in a Word 2007 document.
Can someone help explain a Keyword Content Control?

I could problably explain a little about Content Controls, but where have
you seen a reference to a "Keyword Content Control" in Word2007?

I have seen a reference to it in my MCAS study guide for Office 2007 in the
Word 2007 section. I know about the Open dialog box and Document Properties
areas but not the Keyword Content Control. Its in Chapter 1 of the MCAS study
guide in Word 2007 area.
