Keyword Search works in 2003 but not 2007 ??

The expression
Like "*"&"[find what]"&"*"
works in 2003 but does not work in 2007.
I am looking for a similar expression which carries out the same function -
a keyword search within field in table.

It looks like you have extra quotes. Try:
Like "*" & [find what] &"*"
