killspec command

I have recently inherited an Access 2.0 database, no
really, and there is something called a "killsec" command
written into the program. I need to convert it to SQL 2000
and I can't seem to find exactly what is is supposed to
do. Does anyone have any ideas?

To the best of my memory, there was no built-in command with that name -
perhaps it is a custom Access Basic function?
