Kintana and Microsoft Project 2003

We are attempting to sync actuals in Microsoft Project Server 2003 with
Kintana (ITG v6). We export the workplan with the actuals from MSPS 2003
into a local copy of MSP 2003 and then we import the workplan into Kintana.
We can see that the tasks and % complete come into Kintana correctly. The
issue that we have encountered is that we can't view the actuals in Kintana.

I'm not that familiar with Kintana, but essentially, the ability to check a
box to see the actuals is disabled because of how we are bringing over the
workplan. When we import the workplan into Kintana, we select to have MSP
control the workplan. One person that I am working with said that they were
able to get this to work before but that it required configuring settings in
MSP and Kintana. Unfortunately, they don't recall what those steps were
since it was last year. Does anyone have information regarding what settings
both applications need in order to sync the actuals in MSP into Kintana?
