Know a place to get "SALE" sign, etc templates for a retail store

I have a sm retail store and when I hold a sale or want to put a sign up to
advertise, etc, I'd like to know an easy way to do this in a large font to
fit the sign holders, w/o having to buy a special program. Maybe this can be
done in word? any suggestions. I used to have a program called print shop
deluxe that was perfect for these tasks. is there something similar to this?

thank you for that info! the microsoft clip art has some images I can use.
problem is there isn't a design that has both the word sale and a place for
the price(unless I'm missing something). how do I get to word art?(plz
excuse my ignorance). or when I insert clip art into word can I alter the
clip arts words? thank u again for your help and quick response.

Do you have any other software? Word is not the friendliest graphics creator.
