Knowledge Base article 818050
(http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=818050) is for the
'Server error: There is no web named "DriveLetter"' problem
in FrontPage 2002 after installing SP2. This article makes
reference to a hotfix available from Microsoft (or it tells
you to wait until SP3 comes out), but does not provide a
link to download this hostfix.

Help! We need this fix and cannot wait until SP3. Can
anyone tell me where I can get this patch?
