Knowledge Base has Inaccurate Instructions - Who can I Inform

Microsoft's knowledge base has inaccurate instructions in
their article regarding Section Break (no. 195331 -
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-
us;195331&Product=wrd97). This article inaccurately
states "... To see the actual properties for the first
section, on the
Format menu, click Document and then click the Layout
tab...".
However, it should state "To see the actual properties for
the first section, click
Page Setup on the File menu, and then click the Layout
tab..." as indicated under the same title in article no.
