I really don't know what you mean. I assume you have installed Korean
in Windows, and that you switch between typing English and Korean
either via the language bar or by typing left-Alt + Shift. There's no
reason a letter on the Korean keyboard should match the letters on the
English keyboard -- especially because Korean has a lot more vowel
letters than English does, and a different set of consonants. On the
standard Korean keyboard, the vowels are on the left hand and the
consonants on the right.

In order to see the letter typed by each key, use your On-Screen
Keyboard: Start > All Programs > Accessories > Accessibility > On-
Screen Keyboard (you can put its icon in the Start menu or in the
Status Bar at the bottom).

To make it switch to Korean, put your typing-cursor into a document
for which Korean shows in the Language Bar, and then hover your cursor
over the on-screen keyboard, and it shows the Korean letters. You can
type by clicking the image until you get used to what's where, or by
pressing the keyboard keys.
