Korean text message

When I enter text in an excel spreadsheet (it doesn't matter which sheet) an
error instantly popups stating that "Microsoft Excel can't proofread Korean
text. This feature is not currently installed. Would you like to install it
now?" When you select Yes, it then searches for a ptk.msi file that is not
available.

Any ideas how to get away from this message?

ptk.msi is the binaries for the "Office proofing tools". It should be on
your CD or iso. I don't think you can get away from the message other than
installing this thing.
