KPI in Workspace

Hi Guys,

PS 2007, MOSS 2007 & SQL Server 2005 Ent
Just wondering, can we set KPI based on project schedule??
maybe someone have doc, article or link about this one?

Most people use Cost, Duration, or Work variance to apply quantitative
measures to project performance or they use Earned Value methods. Variance
measurement formulas can be anything you can write a formula for. How to use
earned value methods is discussed in almost every book every published about
project management.
