Is it possible to add a KPI list to a MS Project Server site, as in regular
MOSS? Just curious.

By default project server installs on a WSS server which does not have all of
the features of MOSS including the BI/KPI feature. But it is possible to
install project server 2007 on a MOSS server, or install the project server
web parts on a MOSS server to create a BI portal.
