Lab material For MS project

Hi there,

I am a Lab Engineer/Teaching Assistant and I would be teaching
students how to use Microsoft Project 2002 professional and Microsoft
Project Server at the undergrad level as part of a Software Engineering Lab
course. Does any one know if there are any hands on / Lab exercises
available for these Microsoft products ? Or any online resources that might
help me in making such exercises ?
