Label Display

When I create a "New Document" of labels in Word on my PC the display shows the vertical and horizontal spacing on the rulers as well as the outline of each label on the page. However, when I do the same on my neighbor's PC (same XL version), her display shows only the spacing on the rullers but otherwise looks like a blank page. Is there some setting required to also display the outline of the labels on the page? Anybody know and can reply by e-mail?

If it's the same as Word 2000 - try Table - Show Gridlines and yo
should see the lines you want.
