Hello, we have an in-house legacy CMS application that allows users to create
address labels. The app uses Word to allow the user to take advantage of the
more advanced features of Word for creating, editing or printing labels. When
the user clicks to create a new label in our legacy app, Word's Label Options
dialog box is supposed to appear as Word launches. In Word 97 this worked,
but in Word 2003 the dialog box does not appear and consequently the user has
problems creating new labels. We have adjusted the Macro Security to "low"
(in case it has something to do with security), but are at a loss as to what
else could be causing this to happen. If anyone has come across and knows of
a solution it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
