Label Printing Problem -- suddenly appeared

We have several PCs using Word 2003 printing to an HP LaserJet 4050N, with a
PCL5 printer driver. All Office updates have been applied. Just last week,
both machines began having problems when printing custom labels to the
laserjets -- the labels were not printing, though Word was sending the
documents (the labels came out without text on them).

We tried changing the printer driver to PCL6 and got the same results. I
created new documents and got the same results. Any suggestions would be
appreciated.
